About BYRAN.

My fitness journey hasn’t been perfect, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others. When I first started training, progress was slow. I was learning, experimenting, and trying to figure out what worked. Then I tore my ACL for the first time. That injury sent me into a tough period mentally and physically. I fell into a rut of drinking and binge eating, and completely lost direction. Eventually, I decided to make a change. I lost a significant amount of weight, but I did it the wrong way. I rushed the process, under-ate, and while the weight came off, so did a lot of muscle. I looked leaner but I wasn’t strong, healthy, or confident. That’s when I realised I needed to truly understand what I was doing, because I was sick of putting the effort in and not seeing the results. I studied and completed my Certificate III & IV in Fitness and became a qualified Sports Nutritionist. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on proper structure, training with intent, fueling correctly, and respecting the process. I went through a well-planned build phase and followed it with a successful 8-week fat loss phase. I rebuilt my leg muscle, regained strength, and felt the best I ever had, physically and mentally. Then I tore my ACL again. But this time was different. Instead of spiralling, I stayed disciplined. I applied what I had learned. I protected my mindset, maintained great shape, and approached recovery strategically. Now, I use everything I’ve experienced, the setbacks, the mistakes, the rebuilds to help others avoid the same traps. I understand the mental battles, the frustration of injury, the temptation of extremes, and the power of doing things properly. My mission is simple: To help you build a strong body, a resilient mindset, and a sustainable approach to fitness that lasts, no matter what life throws at you and to finally get out the effort that you are putting in.
